Courses in England
Meet me in my Motherland
The core of my business is running foraging experiences for the public. They are hearty and full of love for the land, wildlife and everything in between. I like to help my guests to feel as comfortable being outside as they do at home. So it is such a pleasure to be able to offer regular courses in the place that I grew up.

The Mini one (two hour experience with a snack)
This is a lovely little experience to wet your appetite for the world of wild foods. We will have time for a few seasonal highlights across the site and end the experience with a drink and a wee wild nibble.

The Big One (four hour experience with lunch)
This is the original course giving us plenty of time to cover 20 to 30 species. You will learn all about the best of the season onsite, harvesting ethics, preservation techniques and cooking tips to make the most of your wild larder. There will be opportunities to ask questions and share experiences over my wild food picnic comprising of many dishes utilising foraged ingredients and a selection of drinks. You will leave full of food, ideas and enthusiasm!
